Hi, I am Sushant — I enjoy building things at the intersection of hardware and intelligence. My work focuses on embedded systems, IoT, and energy-efficient designs, where I explore how electronics and software can come together to solve real-world problems.

I like working on projects that are practical, efficient, and a bit challenging — whether that’s designing circuits, writing firmware, or experimenting with data-driven systems.

    Project Intern
    Built real-time EV monitoring system using ESP32 SIM800L, RS-485, Firebase. Designed BLDC inverter using IR2110 with 100kHz PWM. Simulated high-efficiency buck converter in LTSpice for EV charging.
  2. SAAR System Solutions
    Research Project Intern
    Worked on solar-powered EV charging system (290W PV, 48V battery). Analysed 3000+ hours of data and developed ML models (Random Forest R²=0.9971, XGBoost R²=0.9937) for short-term forecasting. Contributed to IEEE conference paper (ICRERA 2025, Vienna).
